Release #130 – Gokujou, Wagamama, Yume, Shigeki & Togainu DJ

I can’t believe it’s September already. Before we know it, it’s going to be December. Time seems to go by faster and faster these days. Anyways, we’re kicking off the month with some awesome stuff. There should be something for everyone in today’s release batch. I highly suggest reading the Togainu no Chi doujinshi last. It is nothing but laughs from start to finish, and will help you get over the angst that is Yume and GnK. Even if you aren’t a TnC fan, you’ll enjoy it.

We’re also throwing another party, this time for one of our translators, Kitsune Kitana. So raises your glasses in a toast and sing Happy Birthday as loud as you can. We hope she has a wonderful day, filled with plenty of laughs and love.

Can you read Japanese? Have you always wanted to share this special ability with the rest of the world? Especially if it means sharing the love of yaoi with those less fortunate? English Proofreaders are desperately needed! We are in serious danger of having a shortage of proofreaders, which means there is going to be a huge amount of scripts just sitting there. If you can read and understand English fluenty, and will be able to do at least 2 scripts a week, please take a moment to carefully and thoroughly read through our Proofing Guide, and then send us an email at dp_scanlations@yahoo.com You must read the guide and completely understand it!

If you really liked the Yoneda Kou oneshot, “Kanjou Spectrum” we released last week, then you’re going to love the newest project we have planned, “Doushitemo Furetakunai”. I absolutely loved the oneshot, so I’m super excited that we’re doing this manga.

Corrections: We just discovered that we made a terrible mistake. Last year when we released the Togainu no Chi doujinshi “Rainy Rose”, Scry accidentally credited herself as the scanner instead of Cody Cat. We’re not sure how this happened, as we are always very careful to give proper credit where due. We are extremely sorry for this, and wish to offer our sincere apologies to Cody Cat and thank her once again for being so wonderful and sharing her gorgeous scans with us.

Releases! We have the return of a favorite, the start of a new project, and a oneshot by a long time fan favorite.

Note #1: Yume Musubi, Koi Musubi will be continuing in a 2nd volume. YAY!
Note #2: We will not be scanlating chapter 1 of Wagamama na Jewel. This is the oneshot “Tenshinchigi” and was released by Nakama. Please go to their forum to download it.
